Well if you have ever been in a rv and towing a car you know that you can't back up if you screw up, well we found ourselves in that predicament, so this is the church that we tried to turn around in but didn't have enough room, so you have to unhook the car..."

The City of Prague



Prague, largest city and capital of Czech Republic, is located on the banks of the river Vltava. For centuries, Prague has been the cultural, economical and political capital of Czech republic and is now home to about 1.9 million people. The Prague castle is the largest ancient castle in the world according to Guinness Book of World Records.

Prague is considered one of the most beautiful cities in Europe and it is also one of the most visited too. Till 1989, there were not many people visiting Prague but after the fall of communism, this city prospered as a famous tourist destination. In 1992, UNESCO listed Prague's historic city centre in the list of World Heritage Sites and an year after Czechoslovakia split into Czech and Slovak.

Prague, even though transformed into a modern city, still maintains its rustic look with cobblestone streets of the old town with spectacular views of the buildings, churches and magnificent castle. Travelers can both explore and enjoy the city with ample opportunities to dine, shop and enjoy. There are hundreds of restaurants where you can taste the delicious Czech food, big markets where you can a souvenir for yourself and scores of bars and clubs to enjoy the nightlife.

Prague, destination of several million tourists every year, boasts the state-of-the-art accommodation ranging from budget rooms to luxurious hotels.
